This policy explains how personal data is handled on fintekbox.net, the public website for the FINTEK BOX platform. It applies to this website only, not to a client’s own branded environment.
Who we are

What we collect
This website does not run user accounts and does not store form submissions on the web server. If you use “Send an enquiry”, your browser opens your own email client. The message you choose to send may include:
- name and company
- work email address
- target package, markets, licence status and any message you write
If you email us directly, we also receive whatever you include in that correspondence.
The hosting provider may keep standard server logs (for example IP address, browser type, date and pages requested) for security and operations.
We also use Google Analytics 4. Google collects device and usage data on our behalf so we can see aggregated traffic to this website. Google acts as a processor for that service. See the Cookie Policy and Google’s privacy policy.
Why we use it
We use enquiry details to respond to client enquiries, prepare proposals and keep a record of commercial correspondence. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries, and, where needed, steps toward a contract.
Who we share it with
Enquiry emails are received by FINTEK BOX staff. Hosting and email providers may process data as our processors. We do not sell personal data. We do not share enquiry details with the banks, EMIs or vendors listed on the integrations page unless you ask us to involve a named vendor.
Retention
Correspondence is kept for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards for business records, then deleted or archived according to FINTEK BOX’s internal retention practice.
Your rights
Depending on where you are, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict personal data, to object to certain processing, and to complain to a supervisory authority (in the UK, the ICO). To exercise rights relating to this website, email partners@fintekbox.net.
International transfers
Email and hosting may involve processing outside your country. Where that happens, we rely on the safeguards our providers have in place for international transfers.
Children
This website is intended for business users. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
