Clients
Questions we get before a walkthrough.
Short answers. The licence agreement is the source of truth if anything here and a proposal disagree.
The platform
Is FINTEK BOX a bank, EMI or PSP?
No. It is white-label SaaS. You operate under your own authorisation and brand. Your clients see you, not FINTEK BOX.
Do we need our own licence?
Yes, for any regulated activity you offer. The platform supplies the workflow, ledger, back office and adapters. It does not replace a banking, EMI, MSB, PSP or CASP licence.
What do we actually get?
A dedicated environment on AWS, configured to your brand, products, currencies, fees and risk rules, with the modules in your package. Banking / eWallet, crypto exchange and merchant crypto PSP can run on one stack instead of three vendors.
Is this a demo or an API kit we assemble?
Neither. You license a working platform Integranet already operates in production as a live crypto PSP, then wear your brand on it.
Commercials
Is there a revenue share?
No. One setup fee, one monthly fee per environment. What your clients pay you stays yours.
What is not in the fee?
Your licences and legal counsel. Per-check KYC/KYB and chain-analytics bills. Blockchain network fees. Bank, card, acquirer and liquidity vendor fees. Those pass through at provider cost.
Early Client vs Standard?
Same modules (01–08). The difference is price, for a limited first cohort, in exchange for reference rights and roadmap input.
Are the numbers on the site a quote?
No. They are 2026 list figures in EUR, exclusive of VAT, used to start a proposal. Nothing on the site is an offer.
Delivery and product
How do we go live?
Scope, provision the environment, configure products and risk, connect vendors, rehearse compliance and operations, then launch. After that the monthly fee covers hosting, monitoring, updates and standard support.
Do the logos mean every rail is live for us on day one?
They mean adapters exist for those firms. What you can switch on depends on your licence, your contract with that provider, and the work in your statement of scope.
Native iOS and Android apps?
You get an application shell. Native apps are built to the contract, not shipped as a finished store listing on day one.
Can we have source code or an on-premise install?
Not in the standard packages. That sits on the roadmap. The Private package is the current path for isolated infrastructure and heavier custom work.
