PSPs and payment companies
Add crypto without rebuilding the stack
Add crypto acceptance and crypto–fiat settlement to an existing merchant book without building wallets, exchange routing or KYT from scratch.
White-label SaaS · 2026
FINTEK BOX is white-label SaaS covering banking and eWallet, crypto wallets and exchange, and merchant crypto acquiring with direct fiat settlement — configured to your brand, currencies and commercial terms, and delivered as one stack instead of three vendors.
01 · The offer
Not a demo, not a reference architecture, and not a set of APIs you assemble yourself. You license a working platform — the same stack Integranet operates in production as a live crypto PSP — provisioned as your own FINTEK BOX environment, wearing your brand, configured to your products and connected to the banking, card, verification and liquidity vendors you choose. Your clients see your company. You keep the relationship, the pricing and the revenue.
PSPs and payment companies
Add crypto acceptance and crypto–fiat settlement to an existing merchant book without building wallets, exchange routing or KYT from scratch.
EMIs, neobanks and eWallet operators
A core account, ledger and FX platform to run under your own licence and brand, with the compliance spine already in place.
Crypto exchanges and OTC desks
Wallets, exchange orchestration, on/off ramp and a compliance workflow, plus the fiat side most exchange stacks leave to someone else.
Resellers and regional distributors
Operate the platform under your own brand in your territory, onboard clients through an affiliate structure and share revenue.
FINTEK BOX is the branded platform you license. Integranet develops and licenses the stack behind it — the same technology already running live transaction volume, rather than a sandbox.
02 · The platform
Take the whole stack or start with the layer you need — the modules are separable commercially, not architecturally. An optional storefront sits on the PSP layer.
Accounts, balances and the ledger underneath them.
How money leaves and enters the system.
Custody, conversion and liquidity.
Merchant onboarding, checkout and fiat settlement.
The spine running through every other module.
What your operations team uses every day.
Your brand, your vendors, your distribution.
What it is made of, and why it holds.

Ready adapters
Banks, EMIs, exchanges, compliance vendors, IBAN tools, CRM and AWS hosting connect through existing adapters. Bring the vendors you have signed, or start with the ones already live. Additional connections are configuration, not a rebuild.
Banks & EMIs
Dedicated and virtual IBANs, payouts and account issuing through vendors already on the adapter layer.
Crypto exchanges & infrastructure
Exchange orchestration and crypto service providers already in the routing layer.
Compliance
Identity, sanctions and screening vendors on the onboarding and monitoring flow.
Data, CRM & hosting
IBAN validation, CRM and the AWS environment the platform runs on.
These adapters are live configuration options. You can use them, replace them with vendors you already have, or add further connections under a statement of work.
03 · How we compare
Assessment based on a 2026 feature review of thirteen white-label platforms across banking, exchange and PSP orchestration. Vendor capabilities change.
The Competitors
Strong ledgers, accounts and back office. Crypto wallets and exchange are typically “supported” through integration, and merchant acquiring is limited or absent.
FINTEK BOX
We bring a live merchant crypto PSP and an existing exchange-orchestration layer, not an integration promise.
The Competitors
Built for trading and on/off ramp. Merchant acceptance is limited, and the fiat and banking side depends entirely on vendors you have to source and manage yourself.
FINTEK BOX
We start from the fiat outcome — direct settlement into a bank account — and run banking accounts on the same ledger.
The Competitors
Strong merchant onboarding, checkout and provider routing. No personal or business banking, and crypto appears as one more payment method rather than a custody and conversion layer.
FINTEK BOX
We carry custody, conversion and liquidity ourselves, and add accounts and wallets your clients can hold funds in.
Where competitors are ahead
Several platforms ship iOS and Android out of the box. We ship an application shell and build the native apps to your contract.
Where competitors are ahead
Some white-label banking platforms run stronger multi-tenant models. Ours is a priority build; today you get a dedicated environment — which most clients prefer anyway.
Where competitors are ahead
A few banking platforms license source or on-premise today. Ours is on the roadmap; the Private package is the answer in the meantime.
04 · Delivery
Six phases, run by our team alongside yours. The schedule is set in the statement of work once your module scope and vendor list are fixed — it is driven far more by your licensing and banking vendors than by us.
01
Modules, currencies and target markets. Bank or BaaS, card issuer, KYC vendor, liquidity venues, and your licence position.
02
Your dedicated environment is stood up and your brand, domain and content applied across the client app and back office.
03
Account products, currencies, fee and spread schedules, limits, risk rules, settlement cycles and staff roles.
04
Vendor rails connected through existing adapters; your own systems connected over API and webhooks.
05
A compliance dry-run through onboarding, screening and monitoring, followed by admin, operations and support training.
06
Go-live, then monitoring, maintenance, platform updates and support under the monthly fee.
Environment provisioning and AWS hosting, brand configuration, product and risk setup, vendor connections through existing adapters, training, API handover, monitoring, standard support, platform updates, and compliance rule-set and sanctions-list updates.
Business-hours support through the ticketing desk, with escalation for production incidents. Extended cover is quoted separately. Releases, security patching and sanctions updates sit inside the monthly fee.
Your own regulatory licences, legal counsel, per-check verification fees, blockchain network fees, and the fees charged by your banking, card, acquiring and liquidity vendors — paid at provider cost.

What sits outside the fee
None of these are margin for Integranet — they are billed through at cost or paid by you directly to the provider.
You operate under your own authorisation. We supply the platform and the compliance workflow, not the licence.
Per-check KYC/KYB and blockchain-analytics costs are billed through at provider cost.
Blockchain network fees, and the fees charged by your bank, BaaS, card issuer, acquirer and liquidity providers.
Work beyond the configured scope is quoted per statement of work. The Private package exists for clients who expect a lot of it.
