White-label SaaS · 2026

With FINTEK BOX, you can operate your own branded bank, EMI, MSB, exchange, PSP or crypto PSP.

FINTEK BOX is white-label SaaS covering banking and eWallet, crypto wallets and exchange, and merchant crypto acquiring with direct fiat settlement — configured to your brand, currencies and commercial terms, and delivered as one stack instead of three vendors.

01 · The offer

What you are licensing

Not a demo, not a reference architecture, and not a set of APIs you assemble yourself. You license a working platform — the same stack Integranet operates in production as a live crypto PSP — provisioned as your own FINTEK BOX environment, wearing your brand, configured to your products and connected to the banking, card, verification and liquidity vendors you choose. Your clients see your company. You keep the relationship, the pricing and the revenue.

White-label banking and wallet app under your brand

PSPs and payment companies

Add crypto without rebuilding the stack

Add crypto acceptance and crypto–fiat settlement to an existing merchant book without building wallets, exchange routing or KYT from scratch.

EMIs, neobanks and eWallet operators

Core accounts under your licence

A core account, ledger and FX platform to run under your own licence and brand, with the compliance spine already in place.

Crypto exchanges and OTC desks

Wallets, ramp and the fiat side

Wallets, exchange orchestration, on/off ramp and a compliance workflow, plus the fiat side most exchange stacks leave to someone else.

Resellers and regional distributors

Your territory, your brand

Operate the platform under your own brand in your territory, onboard clients through an affiliate structure and share revenue.

FINTEK BOX is the branded platform you license. Integranet develops and licenses the stack behind it — the same technology already running live transaction volume, rather than a sandbox.

02 · The platform

Eight modules on one ledger and one compliance spine.

Take the whole stack or start with the layer you need — the modules are separable commercially, not architecturally. An optional storefront sits on the PSP layer.

Compliance, identity checks and blockchain screening on one spine
01

Core banking & eWallet

Accounts, balances and the ledger underneath them.

02

Payment rails, FX & settlement

How money leaves and enters the system.

03

Crypto wallets & exchange

Custody, conversion and liquidity.

04

Merchant PSP & checkout

Merchant onboarding, checkout and fiat settlement.

05

Compliance, KYC/KYB & risk

The spine running through every other module.

06

Back office & operations

What your operations team uses every day.

07

White label and distribution

Your brand, your vendors, your distribution.

08

Architecture, API & security

What it is made of, and why it holds.

04 · Delivery

From signature to go-live

Six phases, run by our team alongside yours. The schedule is set in the statement of work once your module scope and vendor list are fixed — it is driven far more by your licensing and banking vendors than by us.

Six-phase path from scope to launch

01

Scope

Modules, currencies and target markets. Bank or BaaS, card issuer, KYC vendor, liquidity venues, and your licence position.

02

Provision

Your dedicated environment is stood up and your brand, domain and content applied across the client app and back office.

03

Configure

Account products, currencies, fee and spread schedules, limits, risk rules, settlement cycles and staff roles.

04

Integrate

Vendor rails connected through existing adapters; your own systems connected over API and webhooks.

05

Rehearse

A compliance dry-run through onboarding, screening and monitoring, followed by admin, operations and support training.

06

Launch and operate

Go-live, then monitoring, maintenance, platform updates and support under the monthly fee.

Covered by the fees

Environment provisioning and AWS hosting, brand configuration, product and risk setup, vendor connections through existing adapters, training, API handover, monitoring, standard support, platform updates, and compliance rule-set and sanctions-list updates.

After go-live

Business-hours support through the ticketing desk, with escalation for production incidents. Extended cover is quoted separately. Releases, security patching and sanctions updates sit inside the monthly fee.

Outside these fees

Your own regulatory licences, legal counsel, per-check verification fees, blockchain network fees, and the fees charged by your banking, card, acquiring and liquidity vendors — paid at provider cost.

What sits outside the fee

Better to see these before month two.

None of these are margin for Integranet — they are billed through at cost or paid by you directly to the provider.

Your regulatory licences and legal counsel

You operate under your own authorisation. We supply the platform and the compliance workflow, not the licence.

Third-party verification fees

Per-check KYC/KYB and blockchain-analytics costs are billed through at provider cost.

Network and rail costs

Blockchain network fees, and the fees charged by your bank, BaaS, card issuer, acquirer and liquidity providers.

Custom development

Work beyond the configured scope is quoted per statement of work. The Private package exists for clients who expect a lot of it.

Contact

Tell us what you want to run, and we will price it.

The numbers on this site are the starting point. The proposal is written against your modules, your markets and your vendors.

01 · Book a walkthrough

A live run through the back office, onboarding flow and a real payment, against your use case rather than a slide.

02 · Tell us your position

Target markets, licence status, the vendors you already work with, and the volume you expect in year one.

03 · Receive a scoped proposal

Modules, configuration, integration work, timeline and commercial terms, written against what you actually need.
